基于炼钢过程钢包折铁的研究与实践

通过对现有炼钢工艺过程研究,介绍了顶底复吹转炉出钢后铁水再兑入的实践应用.生产流程通过对转炉出钢成分、温度及出钢量的提前控制,根据转炉来铁的铁水成分及温度,计算铁水再兑入量,以保证钢液的化学成分及温度达标,同时满足现场生产节奏.实践结果表明,利用转炉出钢后铁水再兑入的方式,可有效利用铁水中的热量、各元素含量高等优势条件,实现炼钢钢种目标成分达成及降低物料消耗,有明显的经济效益.
Practice and Research Based on Pouring Hot Metal into Ladle
Through the research on the existing steelmaking process,the paper introduces the practical application of hot metal adding after the top bottom combined blowing converter tapping.This production process calculates the amount of hot metal re-mixing according to the composition and temperature of hot metal from the converter by controlling the composition,temperature and tapping amount in advance,so as to ensure that the chemical composition and temperature of molten steel meet the standard,and also meet the on-site production rhythm.The practice results show that the method of hot metal re-mixing after converter tapping can effectively utilize the advantages of high heat and element content in hot metal,realize the consumption of steelmaking components and materials,and have obvious economic benefits.
