Research on Baking Preheating Technology for Ladle with Scrap
This paper studies the problem that the temperature of hot metal drops too much after hot metal is added with scrap and the temperature is low after the ladle reaches steel-making plant,and expounds the preheating and baking system of ladle with hot metal and scrap independently developed by ZNIS.Through the application of this technical achievement,the loss of hot metal energy caused by charging scrap into the ladle has been eliminated,the temperature of hot metal in steel-making has been increased by 22 ℃,the ratio of hot metal to steel has been reduced to 750 kg/t.
