基于高频响伺服控制及激光测长技术的定尺装置

针对现有机械升降挡板式定尺机存在机械误差较大以及编组倍尺母材温度偏差导致定尺偏差等问题,应用高频响伺服控制及激光测长技术,实现了定尺机的自动测距、自动校准,定尺挡板的位置自动或手动微调,消除了定尺机的机械误差,补偿了编组倍尺母材的温度偏差,提高了定尺机的定尺精度,降低劳动强度.
Length Measuring Device Based on High Frequency Response Servo Control and Laser Length Measuring Technology
In this paper,aiming at the problems that the existing mechanical disappearing stopper-type length-measuring machine has large mechanical error and the temperature deviation of grouped double-scale base material leads to the length deviation,the high-frequency response servo control and laser length measurement technology are applied to realize the au-tomatic ranging and automatic calibration of the length-measuring machine,and the position of the length-measuring stopper is automatically or manually fine-tuned,thus eliminating the mechanical error of the length-measuring machine,compensa-ting the temperature deviation of grouped double-scale base material,improving the length-measuring accuracy of the ma-chine and reducing the labor intensity.
