The measurement industry needs more and more professional talents as the foundation and scale for improving measurement quality.This article focuses on the job requirements,quality requirements,and ability requirements of profes-sionals in metrology testing and application technology,and targeted suggestions were put forward for talent cultivation,and provides reference for the construction and personnel training of metrology testing and application technology.
