Optimization Design and Analysis of Precipitate Phases in High-performance Aluminum Alloy AC4B
For the development of aluminum alloy AC4B for high-performance pressure die-casting,an orthogonal experi-mental design is conducted within the standard composition range.Thermodynamic calculation software is applied to study the alloy's mechanical and thermodynamic properties. The simulation results indicate that the order of influence of alloy composition elements on mechanical properties is:Cu>Fe>Si>Mg>Mn>Zn>Ni.The optimal combination of alloy composition is obtained, and the limitations of the orthogonal experimental design method are discussed.Lastly,ther-modynamic calculations are performed on the precipitate phases of two high-performance alloys, and the effects of precipi-tate phase content on their mechanical properties are analyzed.
