介绍热电偶的工作原理和冷端温度补偿,对比分析不同数字温度传感器的工作原理和特点,提出基于数字温度传感器实现热电偶冷端补偿的方法,解决了热电偶测温存在冷端温度变化大、测量数据非线性难处理、测量信号微弱及数字化输出须转换等问题,提高了测量准确度,简化了温度补偿电路.
Research on Cold Terminal Compensation of the Thermocouple Based on Digital Temperature Sensor
The principle of thermocouples and cold junction temperature compensation is introduced.The internal structure and characteristics of different digital temperature sensors are compared.Based on digital temperature sensors,the method of the cold terminal compensation of thermocouple using digital temperature sensors is proposed,which solves the problems of large cold junction temperature changes,non-linear and difficult processing of measurement data,weak measurement sig-nals,and digital output conversion in thermocouple temperature measurement,improves measurement accuracy,and sim-plifies temperature compensation circuits.
