Analysis of Problems and Improvement Measures for Single Roller Crushing Device for Sintering
Since the production of two 200 m2 sintering units at Luoyuan Mingguang Iron Works,the sintering single roller crushing device has frequently experienced phenomena such as wearing through of the guide groove and damage of the single roller crusher.Through analyzing the problems existing in the single roller crushing device,the factory has carried out a se-ries of optimization designs on the structural type of the sintering single roller guide groove,the selection of materials for the single roller crusher and grate plate,etc.The short service life and high failure rate of the sintering single roller crushing device have been effectively improved which help ensure the stable operation of the sintering machine.
