外文摘要：Under the background of deepening the reform of modern vocational education system construction and continu-ous promotion of the integration of industry and education,the Teaching and Research Department of Environmental Geolo-gy Engineering of Hunan Polytechnic of Engineering has carried out a study on the cultivation path of composite skill talents in natural resources industry,and proposed to take scientific research and innovation as the core force and focus on the green development needs of Hunan's natural resources industry.A talent training path model of"One Core Strength,Three Elevations"has been constructed,which has been proved to have good promotion and application effect.
