熔融法制样XRF法测定粒子钢中主次元素的含量

研究粒子钢熔融片的制备方法和测定粒子钢成分的方法.将经破碎的粒子钢的筛上物和筛下物按质量比例置于蜡状四硼酸锂挂壁坩埚中进行熔融处理,制得玻璃熔片.采用16个有证铁矿标准样品、2个有证锰矿标准样品、4个高纯铁粉和铁矿标准样品配置的控制样品、2个铁矿石和锰矿标准样品配置的控制样品,共24个标准样品为校准样品,在选定条件下测各元素强度进行曲线回归,利用仪器自带的软件,铁元素采用钴内标校正法,采用经验系数法和理论a系数法,建立铁矿石中各元素的标样浓度与测量强度之间的关系式.采用实验方法对粒子钢样品进行测量,获得粒子钢中各组分的质量分数.方法的精密度和精准度符合检测要求,具有检测成本低、快速方便等优点,完全满足炼铁生产质量控制.
Determination of Content of Primary and Secondary Elements in Particle Steel by XRF Method
In this paper,the preparation method and the determination method of the composition of the particle steel in melt sheet are studied.Glass fluxes were prepared by melting the crushed particle steel in a waxy lithium tetraborate wall-mounted crucible.Using 16 certified iron ore standard samples,2 certified manganese ore standard samples,4 control sam-ples of high purity iron powder and iron ore standard samples,2 control samples of iron ore and manganese ore standard samples,a total of 24 standard samples were used as calibration samples,the strength of each element was measured under selected conditions and the curve regression was carried out.The relationship between the standard sample concentration of each element in iron ore and the measuring strength was established.The mass fraction of each component in the particle steel was measured by experimental method.The precision and accuracy of the method meets the testing requirements,and it has the advantages of low cost,fast and convenient,and can completely meet the quality control of iron-making produc-tion.
