材质为SWRH67B-1的合金冷镦钢盘条经过拉拔加工成射钉,在进行弯曲测试时,出现批量性断裂.对弯曲测试断裂的射钉样品进行宏观检测、金相检测、扫描电镜及能谱分析等理化检测,检测结果表明,试样在加工过程中出现渗氢,而材料内部近表面和心部较大尺寸的颗粒状夹杂物的存在加剧了氢的局部聚集,两者共同影响,最终导致射钉在弯曲测试过程中出现氢致脆断.
Cause Analysis of Fracture in Bending Test of SWRH67B-1 Nail
The alloy cold heading steel wire rod SWRH67B-1 was drawn and processed into shooting nail,and the batch fracture occurred during the bending test.The physical and chemical tests of the nail shooting samples fractured by bending test were carried out,such as macroscopic inspection,metallographic examination,scanning electron microscope and ener-gy spectrum analysis.the results show that hydrogen permeation occurs in the processing process.The existence of large granular inclusions near the surface and core of the material aggravates the local accumulation of hydrogen,which leads to hydrogen-induced brittle fracture in the bending test process.
