Development and Application of Automatic Casting Technology for Continuous Casting Ladle
This paper introduces the continuous casting technology for casting automatic ladle applied in Guangdong Zhong-nan Iron and Steel CO.,Ltd..This technology is mainly equipped with three industrial robots of 6-axis casting class.The robot can automatically disassemble and install the sliding nozzle cylinder,automatically pull and insert the medium pipe-line,automatically disassemble the ladle long nozzle,automatically measure and sample the temperature of the ladle,auto-matically clean the bowl part of the long nozzle and automatically increase the sealing ring of the long nozzle,automatically sort and automatically add the covering agent.The application effect of this technique is good and it has broad application prospect.
