采用扫描电子显微镜、拉伸测试、冲击测试和硬度测试等方法,研究了Ni元素对水果辅助采摘设备用不锈钢组织及性能的影响.结果表明:Ni能细化试验钢淬火加热时奥氏体晶粒的原始尺寸6 μm左右,调质热处理后细化马氏体晶粒的大小,使马氏体板条的宽度降低约100 nm;使试验钢的屈服强度和抗拉强度分别提高约50 MPa,室温冲击韧性提高约78 J/cm2,HV10维氏硬度值提高约27,提升了水果辅助采摘设备用不锈钢性能.
Effect of Ni on the Microstructure and Properties of Stainless Steel for Assisted Fruit Picking Equipment
The effect of nickel element on the microstructure and properties of martensite stainless steel for assisted fruit picking equipment was studied by means of scanning electron microscope(SEM),tensile test,impact test,and hardness test.The results showed that nickel could refine the original size of martensite grain of the test steel about 6 μm during quenching and heating,and reduced the width of martensite flat noodles by about 100 nm;The yield strength and tensile strength of the test steel were increased by about 50 MPa,the impact toughness at room temperature was increased by about 78 J/cm2,the Vickers hardness value was increased by about 27 HV10,which is beneficial for improving the performance of stainless steel used in fruit picking equipment.
