摘要
针对30MnSi盘条性能波动大,对后续PC钢棒生产带来的问题,通过成分优化,制定合理的控轧控冷制度,稳定30MnSi热轧盘条质量,将同批次强度指标控制在30 MPa以内,减少头尾性能偏差,满足客户对PC钢棒生产要求.
Abstract
In response to the significant fluctuations in the performance of wire rods 30MnSi and the problems caused by subsequent production of PC bars,through composition optimization,a reasonable controlled rolling and cooling system is formulated to stabilize the quality of hot rolled wire rods 30MnSi,control the strength index of the same batch within 30Mpa,reduce the deviation in head and tail performance,and meet the production requirements of customers for PC bars.
