Rebar Split-rolling by Controlled Rolling and Cooling Processes
The use of the splitting rolling process in rebar production can reduce energy consumption and increase produc-tion capacity,while the use of controlled rolling and cooling process can significantly reduce the cost of billet alloy.The combination of the triple-splitting rolling process and the controlled rolling and cooling processes increases the technical dif-ficulty significantly.This paper describes the general rebar production line of the traditional triple-splitting rolling process optimization,combined with the controlled rolling and cooling processes,through practical improvements to solve the prob-lem of poor stability of the flying shear head control after cutting;and through a number of controlled rolling and rolling process test,to find out the key temperature control range at each place,stabilize the performance of the products of the controlled rolling and cooling processes,to ensure that the production capacity and efficiency at the same time,significantly reduce the cost of alloys.
