摘要
采用显微镜金相分析方法,对磨球钢超声探伤不合格的位置进行取样检验和分析.结果表明,钢材内部有裂纹,主要由两方面原因造成:一是连铸坯局部位置存在较严重的中心疏松,在轧制过程未焊合所致;二是连铸开浇炉钢水易与空气接触,吸收空气中的水分或气体,在钢水凝固成铸坯加热轧制后,气体析出聚集在心部,与组织应力共同作用,导致圆钢心部开裂.针对原因提出了相对应的工艺改进措施.
Abstract
By means of metallographic analysis of microscope,the improper position of ultrasonic defect detection of balling steel was examined and analyzed.The results show that there are two main reasons for the cracks in the steel:first,there is serious central porosity in the local position of continuous casting blooms,which is caused by non-welding during rolling;second,the molten steel is easy to contact with the air and absorb the moisture or gases in the air.After the molten steel so-lidifies into a cast bloom and is heated and rolled,the gas precipitates and accumulates in the center and acts together with the structural stress,finally,the center of the round steel cracked.Corresponding process improvement measures are put forward according to the above reasons.
