基于ESP无头轧制产线的特点和ESP连铸结晶器调宽功能,通过制定在线调宽策略,实现ESP高拉速、高通钢量条件下,在线调宽生产非标宽度产品的工业化稳定生产.
Abstract
Based on the characteristics of the ESP endless rolling line and the width adjustment function of the ESP continu-ous casting mold,an on-line width adjustment strategy has been developed to achieve industrial and stable production of non-standard width products through online width adjustment under ESP high drawing speed and high steel yield conditions.
