介绍了一种新型的立式机架升降装置控制方法和应用.通过利用限制变频装置转矩输出特性,结合立式机架升降实际状态,PLC控制系统按照预先设定的升降转矩值控制升降操作.在进行立式机架升降操作时,把变频装置的输出转矩控制在预先设定的允许范围内,确保升降机构不会由于卡阻或者超行程等现场不稳定状态,导致过负荷带来设备损坏,从而预防升降装置损坏引起的重大设备事故.方法应用于现场后,避免了恶劣环境下现场检测元器件状态失效对立式机架升降操作的不利影响,解决了立式机架升降装置频繁损坏问题,杜绝了由于立式机架升降操作导致的升降装置故障.
Application of a Control Method for Vertical Frame Lifting Device
A new control method and application of vertical frame lifting device is described.By utilizing the torque output characteristics of the limited frequency conversion device and combining with the actual lifting status of the vertical frame,the PLC control system controls the lifting operation according to the pre-set lifting torque value.When performing vertical frame lifting operations,the output torque of the variable frequency device is controlled to within the pre-set allowable range to ensure that the lifting mechanism will not be overloaded and cause equipment damage due to unstable on-site conditions such as jamming or over travel,thereby preventing major equipment accidents caused by lifting device damage.After being applied on site,the method avoids the adverse effects of component status failure on vertical frame lifting operations in harsh environments,solves the problem of frequent damage to vertical frame lifting devices,and eliminates lifting device failures caused by vertical frame lifting operations.
