鉴于传统手动出钢控制稳定性差、工作环境恶劣易引发安全事故的弊端,开发了转炉自动出钢控制系统.通过钢包车定位控制系统、转炉倾角测量控制系统、炉口视觉检测系统、下渣检测系统、钢包称重系统、智能出钢控制系统共6大子系统,实现出钢过程的智能控制.系统现场应用测试表明:系统使用率>98%,自动出钢成功率>92%,有效减少渣层厚度10 mm.转炉智能出钢系统的投用,改变传统的出钢模式,减轻劳动强度,提升出钢的钢水质量和出钢操作的安全性,推进智能制造在钢铁行业的应用.
Research and Application of Intelligent Tapping System for Converter
Due to the disadvantages of traditional manual tapping control,such as poor stability and poor working environ-ment,which can easily lead to safety accidents,an automatic tapping control system for converters has been developed.The intelligent control of the tapping process is realized through six subsystems:the ladle car positioning control system,the converter inclination measurement control system,the furnace door visual detection system,the slag detection system,the ladle weighing system,and the intelligent tapping control system.The field application test of the system shows that the sys-tem utilization rate exceeds 98%,the automatic tapping success rate is greater than 92%,and the slag layer thickness is ef-fectively reduced by 10 mm.The successful development and operation of the converter automatic tapping system has changed the traditional tapping mode,reduced the labor intensity of operators,improved the quality of molten steel and the safety of tapping operations,and promoted the application of intelligent manufacturing in the steel industry.
