对锻压热加工过程中发生断裂钢轨的断口及断口附近纵截面,进行宏观和微观组织形貌、化学成分和非金属夹杂物等检验分析.检验结果表明,钢轨的化学成分和非金属夹杂物满足标准要求;缺陷部位存在异常粗大组织,呈冰糖状断口形貌,缺陷部位附近存在晶界熔融孔洞,属于过烧的典型特征.综合分析钢轨发生断裂的原因为锻压热加工过烧导致.
Analysis on Fracture of Rails in the Process of Hot Forging
The fracture of the rail in the process of hot forging is analyzed.The microstructure,chemicalcomposition and nonmetallic inclusions of the fracture and the longitudinal section near the fracture are examined and analyzed.The test re-sults show that the chemical composition and non-metallic inclusions of the rail meet the standard requirements.The defect site has the morphology of abnormal coarse structure,rock sugar fracture,and there are grain boundary melting holes near the defect site,which are typical of over burning.Comprehensive analysis shows that the fracture of the rail is caused by o-ver burning during hot forging and thermal processing.
