17CrNiMo6行星齿轮缺陷原因分析

17CrNiMo6钢作为标准DIN EN ISO 683-3-2019中18CrNiMo7-6钢的替代品,广泛应用于变速箱齿轮、差速器齿轮.某公司模锻了一批17CrNiMo6行星齿轮,在检验时发现部分产品带有缺陷.通过对发生缺陷的9个行星齿轮上11处缺陷进行拓印统计,发现缺陷发生位置具有极高的规律性.根据化学成分检验和金相分析的结果,表面划伤极其轻微,折叠产生的原因有两种,同表面凹坑缺陷一样产生于锻造过程.
Analysis of the Reasons for the Defects of Steel 17CrNiMo6 for Planetary Gear
Steel 17CrNiMo6,as a substitute for steel 18CrNiMo7-6 in the standard DIN EN ISO 683-3-2019,is wide-ly used in gearbox gears and differential gears.A company forged a batch of 17CrNiMo6 planetary gears and found some products with defects during inspection.Through rubbing statistics on 11 defects on the 9 planetary gears where defects oc-curred,it is found that the location of defects has extremely high regularity.According to the results of chemical composi-tion test and metallographic analysis,the surface scratches are extremely minor,and there are two reasons for folding,which are the same as the surface pit defects during forging.
