Practice of"Unmanned"Intelligent Finishing Workshop in Special Steel rolling Mill
At present,there are many production processes,diverse product varieties,high equipment dispersion,dense on-site personnel,multiple safety hazards,complex material flow,and unsmooth material information flow in the offline finishing workshop of the special steel rolling mill,which are not conducive to product quality control and production line efficiency.The article introduces the practice and application ideas and related technologies of"unmanned"intelligent off-line finishing workshops in special steel rolling mills,providing useful references and choices for achieving"unmanned"of-fline finishing workshops,solving low production efficiency,difficult quality control,and multiple safety hazards in offline finishing workshops.
