针对步进式加热炉步进机构下降时,重力势能转化成热能导致油液温升和能源浪费问题,研究应用一种新型高效液压势能回收节能系统,采用高、低压蓄能器及控制阀组,通过先进的控制模型和PLC编程软件,实现对高、低蓄能器精准充放油控制以及步进机构轻拿轻放和精准定位控制,大大减少了主泵的开启数量和油水冷却器的冷却水消耗.
A New Energy-saving System for Hydraulic Potential Energy Recovery of Walking Beam Reheating Furnace with High Efficiency
Aiming at the problem of oil temperature rise and energy waste caused by the conversion of gravitational potential energy into heat energy when the stepping mechanism of walking-beam reheating furnace descends,a new type of high-effi-ciency hydraulic potential energy recovery and energy-saving system is studied and applied,which adopts high-and low-pressure accumulators and control valve groups.Through advanced control model and PLC programming software,accurate oil charging and discharging control of high-pressure and low-pressure accumulators,light handling and precise positioning control of stepping mechanism are realized,which greatly reduces the number of main pumps and the cooling water con-sumption of oil-water cooler.
