Under the condition of high AL2O3≥16.5%,the excellent technical and economic indicators,such as the coal ratio of 170Kg/t and fuel ratio ≤510Kg/t,have been achieved through reasonable adjustment of the MG-Al ratio of sin-ter,adjustment and optimization of the distribution system and heating system,the key technical measures such as keeping the heat of the furnace hearth abundant,controlling the pressure difference in the furnace,maintaining the high oxygen en-richment rate ≥6.5%,and strengthening the tapping of hot metal.
