在物理抛光后的锌合金表面,直接形成结合力牢固的黑色转化膜,结晶均匀细致,与基体结合力及与涂层的结合力牢固.评估测试了钝化膜的结合力、抗磨损、耐蚀性、抗氯氨、涂层附着力以及油漆和粉末涂层的各方面性能,结果表明:黑色钝化膜非常适合做锌合金黑色表面喷涂的底层.
Performance Verification of Zinc Alloy Black Passivation Film
On the surface of zinc alloy after physical polishing,the black conversion film with strong bonding force is di-rectly formed,the crystallization is uniform and fine,and the bonding force with the matrix and the coating is firm.Evalua-tion and testing are made on passivation film bonding force,wear resistance,corrosion resistance,resistance to chlorine ammonia,coating adhesion and paint and powder coating performance of various aspects,and the results show that this black passivation film is very suitable for zinc alloy black surface coating substrate.
