汽车用厢体钢焊缝开裂是加工过程中常见问题.通过对用户焊缝开裂试样的组织和力学进行分析,找出开裂原因,并提出改进措施.结果表明:厢体钢母材的金相组织及力学性能并非焊缝开裂的主要原因,而焊接工艺不当导致焊缝区域魏氏组织的产生,是焊缝开裂的主要原因.通过降低焊接电流,增加顶锻距离保证焊缝的韧性和延伸性能,避免了焊缝开裂.
Cause Analysis of Weld Crack of Automobile Body Steel
Car body steel is one of the common problems in machining process.The microstructure and mechanics of the weld crack specimen is analyzed.The crack reason has been found,and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.The results show that the metallographic structure and mechanical properties of the base metal are not the main reasons for the weld crack.The Widmanstatten microstructure in the weld area caused by improper welding process is the main reason for weld crack.By reducing the welding current and increasing the upsetting distance,the toughness and elon-gation of the weld are ensured,thus avoiding the cracking of the weld.
