炼钢厂精炼尾渣梯级利用的研究与实践

以精炼尾渣处置方式为研究对象,利用工业工程方法分析精炼尾渣在钢区破碎使用的影响因素,并对影响精炼尾渣破碎使用的熔点、脱硫、去夹杂等方面深入分析.经过研究及实践,将精炼尾渣处置方式由二级增加为三级,实现降本约1.2元/t,降低精炼产渣量3.63 kg/t,同时降低了精炼尾渣处置的环保压力.
Research and Practice on Cascade Utilization of Refining Tailings in Steel Mills
The disposal method of refining tailings is taken as the research object,and the industrial engineering method is used to analyze the factors affecting the crushing use of refining tailings in steel-making.A deep analysis is made on melting point,desulfurization,removal of inclusions and other aspects which affect the crushing use of refining tailings.After re-search and practice,the refining tailings disposal method is increased from the second level to the third level,which can re-duce the cost by about RMB1.2 Yuan/t and can also reduce the refining slag production by about 3.63kg/t.In the mean-time,the environmental pressure of refining tailings disposal is also reduced.
