印度荣塔粉烧结试验研究和生产实践

非主流矿印度荣塔粉铝含量较高,对生产有一定影响,但对主流矿折扣较高,在铝含量有一定空间内配用可降低配矿成本.对印度荣塔粉进行试验研究和生产实践,结果表明使用印度荣塔粉在一定比例以内(7.5%),虽然烧结矿铝含量达到2.18%,但烧结矿质量基本稳定,可以满足高炉生产使用要求,达到降低配矿成本目的.
Experimental Study and Production Practice of Sintering of Rongta Powder of India
The non-mainstream ore,Rongta powder from India,has a high aluminum content,which has a certain impact on production,but it has a high discount for the mainstream ore.If it is used in a certain space with aluminum content,the cost of ore blending can be reduced.The experimental study and production practice of Rongta powder show that the sinter quality is basically stable when using Rongta powder within a certain proportion(7.5%),although the aluminum content of sinter reaches 2.18%,which can meet the requirements of blast furnace production and reduce the cost of ore blending.
