基于岗位胜任力构建神经外科新入职护士规范化培训指标体系

目的 构建神经外科新入职护士规范化培训指标体系,为神经外科护士的规范化培养提供参考依据.方法 通过文献检索,半结构访谈初步拟定各级指标,采用德尔菲专家函询法确定神经外科新入职护士规范化培训指标体系.结果 共纳入函询专家 30 名,2 轮函询问卷有效回收率均为 100%,专家权威系数均为 0.863.肯德尔和谐系数分别为 0.172、0.245(P<0.01),最终形成的神经外科新入职护士规范化培训指标体系包含 3 项一级指标、10 项二级指标、45项三级指标.结论 神经外科新入职护士规范化培训指标体系的构建过程具有科学性和可靠性,可为神经外科规范化培训护士的专科培养提供基础.
Construction of post competency-based standardized training index system for new neurosurgery nurses
Objective To construct a standardized training index system for new neurosurgery nurses,and to provide reference for the standardized training of neurosurgery nurses.Methods The index system of standardized training for new nurses in neurosurgery department was constructed after literature review and semi-structured interviews.Results Thirty correspondence experts were included in two rounds of correspondence questionnaires,and the effective recovery rate was 100%.The authority coefficient of experts was 0.863.Kendall concordance coefficient was 0.172 and 0.245,respectively(P<0.01).The final standardized training index system for new neurosurgery nurses consisted of 3 first-level,10 second-level and 45 third-level indexes.Conclusion The constructed standardized training index system for new nurses in neurosurgery in this study is scientific and reliable,which can provide basis for the specialized training of standardized nurses in neurosurgery department.
