Objective To construct a standardized training index system for new neurosurgery nurses,and to provide reference for the standardized training of neurosurgery nurses.Methods The index system of standardized training for new nurses in neurosurgery department was constructed after literature review and semi-structured interviews.Results Thirty correspondence experts were included in two rounds of correspondence questionnaires,and the effective recovery rate was 100%.The authority coefficient of experts was 0.863.Kendall concordance coefficient was 0.172 and 0.245,respectively(P＜0.01).The final standardized training index system for new neurosurgery nurses consisted of 3 first-level,10 second-level and 45 third-level indexes.Conclusion The constructed standardized training index system for new nurses in neurosurgery in this study is scientific and reliable,which can provide basis for the specialized training of standardized nurses in neurosurgery department.
