摘要
目的 检索和汇总甲状腺手术患者颈部出血预防及管理的最佳证据,以指导临床实践工作的开展.方法 基于 6s证据模型由上至下检索数据库有关甲状腺切除手术颈部出血预防和管理的指南、临床决策、专家共识等相关文献,检索时限为建库至 2023 年 6 月,2 名研究人员独立评价文献质量并进行证据提取.结果 共纳入文献 35篇,其中临床决策 1篇,指南 5篇,专家共识 13 篇,系统评价 16 篇,从风险管理、预防措施、临床监测以及治疗原则等 7个方面汇整 46条证据.结论 本文汇总甲状腺手术后颈部出血预防及管理的最佳证据,可为医护人员制定甲状腺手术患者颈部出血管理方案提供依据.
Abstract
Objective To retrieve and summarize the best evidence for the prevention and management of neck bleeding in patients undergoing thyroid surgery,and to guide clinical practice.Methods Based on the 6S evidence pyramid,guidelines,clinical decision-making,expert consensus,and other relevant literature on the prevention and management of neck bleeding in thyroidectomy were retrieved from the databases.The retrieval period spanned from the inception of the database to June 2023.Two researchers independently evaluated the quality of the literature and extracted the evidence.Results A total of 35 articles were included,including 1 clinical decision-making,5 guidelines,13 expert consensuses,and 16 systematic reviews.A total of 46 pieces of evidence were summarized from 7 aspects,including risk management,preventive measures,clinical monitoring,treatment principles,etc.Conclusion We summarizes the best evidence for the prevention and management of neck bleeding after thyroid surgery,providing reference for healthcare professionals to develop management plans for neck bleeding in patients undergoing thyroid surgery.
