摘要
目的 系统评价老年患者接受远程医疗护理的体验与需求,为临床应用及改善远程医疗护理服务提供参考依据.方法 计算机检索CINAHL、The Cochrane Library、PubMed、Embase、Scopus、Web of Science、中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学数据库中关于老年患者对远程医疗护理体验与需求的质性研究,检索时限为建库至 2023年 2月.结果 共纳入 18篇文献,提取75 个结果,形成 14 个类别,概括为 4 个整合结果:老年患者对远程医疗护理的态度;远程医疗护理给老年患者带来的益处;老年患者接受远程医疗护理面临的障碍;老年患者长期接受远程医疗护理的需求.结论 老年患者对远程医疗护理的态度多样,在受益的同时面临多方面的挑战,关注老年患者接受远程医疗护理体验与需求,以促进远程医疗护理的推广与持续使用.
Abstract
Objective To systematically review the qualitative studies on the experience and needs of telemedicine care in elderly patients,so as to provide reference for clinical practice.Methods We searched databases including CINAHL,The Cochrane Library,PubMed,Embase,Scopus,Web of Science,CNKI,CBM,VIP Data and WanFang Data from the inception to February 2023,to collect qualitative studies regarding the experience and need of telemedicine care in elderly patients.Results A total of 18 studies were included,extracting 75 research results,and 4 synthesized findings were grouped from 14 categories including the attitude towards telemedicine care;benefits of telemedicine care;barriers to receive telemedicine care;long-term needs of receiving telemedicine care.Conclusion Elderly patients have diverse attitudes toward telemedicine care,and face many challenges while benefiting from it.We should pay attention to the experience and needs of elderly patients receiving telemedicine care,so as to promote the promotion and the continuous use of telemedicine care.
