目的 探讨动漫短视频联合翻转课堂教学对急诊科护生自主学习能力、出科成绩、实习满意度及学习效果的影响.方法 采用便利抽样法选取 84 名实习护生,按照实习时间分为对照组与干预组各 42名.对照组采用传统教学法,干预组采用动漫短视频联合翻转课堂教学方法.教学后比较 2 组护生的自主学习能力、出科成绩、实习满意度及学习效果.结果 教学后干预组自主学习能力、出科成绩、实习满意度及学习效果显著高于对照组(均P<0.05).结论 动漫短视频联合翻转课堂教学应用于急诊科护理教学,能有效提高实习护生的自主学习能力和学习效果,获得学生认同.
Effect of animation short video combined with flipped classroom on autonomous learning ability of nursing students in emergency department
Objective To explore the effects of animation short video combined with flipped classroom on autonomous learning ability,graduation performance,internship satisfaction and learning effect of nursing students in emergency department.Methods Totally 84 nursing students were selected by convenient sampling and divided into control group and intervention group with 42 students in each group according to the practice time.The control group adopted traditional teaching method,and the intervention group the animation short video combined with flipped classroom.The autonomous learning ability,graduation performance,internship satisfaction and learning effect of the two groups were compared.Results Better autonomous learning ability,higher graduation score,improved internship satisfaction and learning effect were observed in the intervention group,indicating significantly statistical difference(all P<0.05).Conclusion Animation short video combined with flipped classroom in the nursing teaching of emergency department can effectively improve the autonomous learning ability and learning effect of nursing interns,and garner the recognition of the students.
