Construction and practice of intra-hospital nursing security system in designated hospitals for Hangzhou Asian Games
Objective To summarize the nursing management experience in the medical service for Hangzhou Asian Games,in order to provide reference for continuous improvement of healthcare security operations for future large-scale international sporting events.Methods The construction and practice of nosocomial security system in designated hospitals for Hangzhou Asian Games were retrospectively summarized.Results During the Hangzhou Asian Games,the specialized department in our hospital treated 235 patients.This included 4 emergency surgery cases and 6 patients who were admitted.The syndrome nursing support team was activated 5 times,and the specialized technical core team 1 time.The fastest response time from emergency admission to surgical intervention was 40 minutes.Significantly,no adverse events occurred during the Asian Games.Conclusion To ensure the successful completion of healthcare responsibilities for large-scale international sports events,optimized management structure,multi-faceted training,multi-scene drills and one-stop holistic service are critical.
