Construction of core competency evaluation index system for heart-brain health managers
Objective To construct a core competency evaluation index system for heart-brain health managers.Methods Drawing on the competency onion model as theoretical framework,a core competency evaluation index system for heart-brain health managers was developed through an integrated approach involving literature review,policy analysis,and semi-structured interviews.Results The final core competency evaluation index system for heart-brain health managers consisted of 4 first-level,16 second-level,and 64 third-level indicators.The effective response rate of the two rounds of inquiry reached 100%.The judgment basis for expert inquiry was 0.942.The familiarity level scored 0.919 while the authority coefficient was 0.931.Kendall harmony coefficient of the two rounds of inquiry was 0.202 and 0.243 respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The core competency evaluation index system for heart-brain health managers constructed in this study is scientific and comprehensive in content,which can provide reference for the responsibility,evaluation,and training of heart-brain health managers.
