摘要
目的 整合新生儿操作性疼痛听觉刺激干预的最佳证据.方法 按照"6 S"金字塔证据模型,系统检索2013年5月1日—2024年1月31日的国内外中英文相关网站与数据库中关于新生儿操作性疼痛听觉刺激干预的文献.4名研究者独立评价文献质量并提取证据.结果 共纳入19篇文献,包括1篇临床决策、3篇指南、1篇专家共识、1篇政策声明、11篇系统评价和2篇随机对照试验,最终从干预环境、干预类型、干预途径、干预时机、注意事项、健康教育6个方面总结出18条最佳证据.结论 本研究总结了国内外关于新生儿操作性疼痛听觉刺激干预的最佳证据,可为新生儿操作性疼痛的管理提供循证依据.
Abstract
Objective To summarize the best evidence for auditory stimulation for procedural pain in neonates.Methods The literature on auditory stimulation for neonatal procedural pain was searched in both Chinese and English websites and databases from May 1,2013,to January 31,2024,based on the 6S pyramid model of evidence.Four researchers independently assessed the quality of the literature and extracted the evidence.Results Totally 19 articles were collected,including 1 clinical decision,3 guidelines,1 expert consensus,1 policy statement,11 systematic reviews,and 2 randomized controlled trials,and 18 pieces of best evidence were extracted in 6 areas of intervention environment,intervention type,intervention pathway,intervention timing,precautions,and health education.Conclusion This study summarizes the best evidence for auditory stimulation intervention for neonatal procedural pain at home and abroad,which can provide an evidence-based basis for the management of neonatal procedural pain.
