摘要
目的 对脑卒中患者支持性照护需求相关评估工具进行范围综述,为今后相关研究提供参考依据.方法 系统检索中英文数据库,检索时限为建库至2023年3月.筛选符合纳入标准的脑卒中患者支持性照护需求评估工具,提取纳入文献的一般信息(包括文题、作者、年份、国家)和评估工具特点(包括工具研制方法、工具名称、工具内容以及信效度等).结果 最终纳入10篇文献,工具类型主要为问卷类和量表类,涉及脑卒中患者多个方面的需求.结论 脑卒中患者支持性照护需求评估工具种类较多,但多偏重单一的维度,缺乏针对全面的脑卒中患者支持性照护需求的评估工具,未来可结合现有的工具优势研制脑卒中患者支持性照护需求评估工具.
Abstract
Objective To conduct a scoping review of assessment tools related to the supportive care needs of stroke patients,and to provide reference for future studies.Methods A systematic search of Chinese and English databases was conducted with a retrieval period spanning from the inception to March 2023.We screened the assessment tools for supportive care needs of stroke patients that met the inclusion criteria,and extracted the general information of the included literature(including the title,author,publishing year,and country)and the characteristics of the assessment tools(including development method,name,content,and the reliability and validity,etc.).Results Ten studies were finally included,and the types of tools were mainly questionnaires and scales,covering diverse aspects of the needs of stroke patients.Conclusion There are many types of tools for assessing the supportive care needs of stroke patients,but most of them are biased towards a single dimension,and there is a lack of tools for assessing the supportive care needs of stroke patients in a comprehensive manner,so future tools for assessing the supportive care needs of stroke patients could be developed with the combination of the advantage of existing tools.
