摘要
目的 整合新生儿重症监护室(neonatal intensive care units,NICUs)住院早产儿发育支持护理的最佳证据,为临床医护人员提供规范化评估和管理早产儿发育支持护理的循证依据.方法 在指南网站和中英文数据库中系统检索有关早产儿发育支持护理的指南、专家共识、证据总结、系统评价和Meta分析,检索时限为 2013 年 1月—2023年 10月.结果 共纳入 29篇文献,包括 7 篇指南、3 篇专家共识、3 篇证据总结以及 16 篇系统评价.从 7 个方面总结了 36 条最佳证据.结论 本研究总结了NICU住院早产儿发育支持护理的最佳证据,为医护人员提供循证支持.在临床实际应用中,应结合具体的临床情景,以规范管理早产儿的发育支持护理.
Abstract
Objective To integrate the best evidence for developmental supportive care of premature infants in neonatal intensive care units(NICUs),and to offer an evidence-based assessment and management of developmental supportive care for preterm infants for clinical medical staff.Methods We retrieved literature including guidelines,expert consensuses,evidence summaries,systematic reviews,and meta-analyses pertaining to developmental support care for preterm infants in both English and Chinese databases as well as guideline websites from January 2013 to October 2023.Results Twenty-nine articles were collected,including seven guidelines,three expert consensus statements,three evidence summaries,and sixteen systematic reviews.Thirty-six pieces of evidence were summarized from seven aspects.Conclusion This study summarizes the best evidence for developmental support care for premature infants,delivering a robust evidence base for medical staff.In clinical practice,specific clinical scenarios should be incorporated in order to standardize the management of developmental support care for preterm infants.
