Construction of nursing quality evaluation indicators for continuous passive movement of elbow joint based on Delphi method
Objective To construct nursing quality evaluation indicators for continuous passive movement of elbow joints, and to unify quality standards, standardize nursing operations, and ensure rehabilitation outcomes. Methods Through literature review,semi-structured interviews, and clinical data analysis, preliminary evaluation indicators for nursing quality of continuous passive movement of elbow joint were identified.Delphi method was applied in 30 experts in related fields for two rounds of consultation, and then scientific and reasonable evaluation indexes were ultimately identified. Results The positivity coefficient of the two rounds of inquiry was 100%and 97%,and the authority coefficient 0.91 and 0.92 respectively. The coordination degree was 0.411 and 0.358,respectively(both P<0.05).The final evaluation indicators were based on a three-level framework of medical quality, including three first-level indicators:structural quality, process quality and outcome quality. There were 11 secondary-level,and 39 third-level indicators. Conclusion The construction method is scientific, concise and practical, which is conducive to standardizing nursing operations, improving the quality of nursing services during the operation, ensuring rehabilitation effects, promoting limb function recovery, and improving patient satisfaction.
