摘要
目的 汉化正念自我照护量表并检验其在ICU护士中的信效度.方法 通过翻译、回译、专家函询和预调查对英文版正念自我照护量表进行汉化和跨文化调适.采用便利抽样法于 2021 年 8月—2022 年 3月选取湖南省长沙市 3所三级甲等医院540 名ICU护士进行调查,对汉化版量表进行信、效度分析.结果 中文版正念自我照护量表包含 6个维度,32个条目.量表内容效度指数为 0.906,各条目内容效度指数为 0.700～1.000;通过探索性因子分析提取 6 个公因子,累计方差贡献率为 64.846%;验证性因子分析显示模型适配理想.量表总 Cronbach α系数为 0.921,重测信度为 0.962,折半信度 0.784.结论 中文版正念自我照护量表具有良好的信效度,可作为评估ICU护士正念自我照护能力的调查工具.
Abstract
Objective To translate the English version of the Mindful Self-care Scale into Chinese and test its validity and reliability in ICU nurses.Methods The English version of the Mindful Self-care Scale was translated into Chinese through translation,back translation,cross-cultural adaptation,expert letter consultation and pre-survey.A total of 540 ICU nurses from three tertiary grade-A hospitals in Changsha,Hunan Province were selected by convenience sampling from August 2021 to March 2022 to analyze the reliability and validity of the Chinese scale.ResuIts The Chinese version of the Mindful Self-care Scale contained 6 dimensions and 32 entries.The content validity index of the scale level was 0.906,and the content validity index of the item level was 0.700～1.000.Six common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 64.846%.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fit well.The Cronbach's α coefficient of the total scale was 0.921,with a retest reliability of 0.962,and split-half reliability of 0.784.Conclusion The Chinese version of the Mindful Self-care Scale has good reliability and validity,and can be used as an assessment tool for the mindfulness self-care ability of ICU nurses in China.
