自我价值感和人际沟通能力在本科护生元认知和自主学习能力间的链式中介效应

目的 探究本科护生元认知与自主学习能力的关系,通过构建链式中介模型,考察自我价值感和人际沟通能力在二者关系中的作用机制.方法 通过便利抽样法,采用元认知意识清单、自我价值感量表、支持性沟通量表和自主学习能力量表对 851名护理本科生进行问卷调查,运用SPSS软件process宏程序分析自我价值感和人际沟通能力在本科护生元认知和自主学习能力间的链式中介效应.结果 本科护生元认知能力、自我价值感和人际沟通能力均与自主学习能力之间呈正相关(r分别是 0.434,0.457,0.380,均P<0.01).本科护生元认知对自主学习能力的间接效应成立,总的间接效应为 0.051;自我价值感的特定中介效应占总效应的 26.3%;人际沟通能力的特定中介效应占总效应的 11.0%;自我价值感和人际沟通能力在本科护生元认知和自主学习能力的链式中介效应占总效应的5.9%.结论 本科护生元认知能力、自我价值感和人际沟通能力与自主学习能力呈正相关.元认知能力可能通过自我价值感和人际沟通能力间接影响本科护生的自主学习能力,该发现可能为护理教育者提高本科护生自主学习能力提供参考.
Chain mediating effects of self-worth and interpersonal communication between metacognitive ability and self-directed learning ability among nursing undergraduates
Objective To explore the relationship between metacognitive ability and self-directed learning ability of nursing undergraduates,and the mediating effect of self-worth and interpersonal communication between them by using a chain mediation model.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 851 nursing undergraduates and they were surveyed by using Metacognitive Assessment Inventory,Adolescent Sense of Self-worth Scale,Supportive Communication Scale and Self-directed Learning Ability Scale.Process macro program in SPSS was used to analyze the chain mediating effect of self-worth and interpersonal communication between metacognitive ability and self-directed learning ability among nursing undergraduates.ResuIts Metacognitive ability,self-worth,and interpersonal communication ability were all positively correlated with the self-directed learning ability(r=0.434,r=0.457,r=0.380,all P<0.001).The indirect effect of nursing undergraduates'metacognitive ability on self-directed learning ability was established,with a total indirect effect of 0.051.The specific mediating effect of self-worth and interpersonal communication skills accounted for 26.3%and 11.0%of the total indirect,respectively.The chain mediating effect between self-worth and interpersonal communication skill on nursing undergraduates'metacognitive ability and self-directed learning ability accounted for 5.9%of the total indirect effect.Conclusion Metacognitive ability,self-worth,and interpersonal communication ability are positively correlated with their self-directed learning ability among nursing undergraduates.Metacognitive ability may indirectly affect the self-directed learning ability among nursing undergraduates through self-worth and interpersonal communication ability,which may provide new directions for nursing educators to improve the self-directed learning ability in nursing undergraduates.
