摘要
目的 探讨MOOC与Mini-CEX联合应用于外科本科实习护生自主学习能力、临床思维及实践能力的效果.方法 便利选取2022年8月—2023年4月的外科本科实习护生141名为对照组;2023年8月—2024年4月的146名为观察组.对照组采用传统的教学模式,观察组采用MOOC与Mini-CEX联合教学模式.在实习结束后,对比2组护生自主学习能力、临床思维及实践能力.结果 观察组护生的自主学习能力(t=8.520,P<0.001)、临床思维能力(t=6.027,P<0.001)及实践能力得分(t=4.086,P<0.001)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 MOOC与Mini-CEX结合的教学模式有助于提高护生自主学习能力、临床思维及实践能力.
Abstract
Objective To explore whether MOOC and Mini-CEX(Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise)can enhance the autonomous learning ability,clinical thinking,and practical skills of undergraduate nursing interns in in clinical teaching of surgery.Method Convenient sampling was used to select 141 undergraduate nursing interns from August 2022 to April 2023 as control group;146 interns from August 2023 to April 2024 as observation group.The control group received traditional teaching methods,while the observation group received a teaching model combining MOOC and Mini-CEX.After the internship,the autonomous learning ability,clinical thinking,and practical skills of the two groups of interns were compared.Results Better autonomous learning ability(t=8.520,P<0.001)and clinical thinking(t=6.027,P<0.001),and higher score of practical skills(t=4.086,P<0.001)were observed in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching model combining MOOC and Mini-CEX helps improve autonomous learning ability,clinical thinking,and practical skills of nursing interns,and is worthy of promotion in clinical nursing teaching.
