摘要
目的 优化全麻术后患者手术室转至麻醉恢复室交接核查单并探讨其应用效果.方法 采用便利抽样法,选取麻醉科 140 例全麻术后患者为研究对象,对照组采用科室传统交接单对患者进行交接;试验组优化全麻术后患者手术室转至麻醉恢复室交接核查单并应用于患者交接,采用边核查边打钩形式记录,交接时间控制在 5 min内.比较 2组交接中各类不良事件发生率.结果 试验组交接不良事件总发生率较对照组明显下降(P<0.001).结论 该核查单的应用能够规范交接流程,降低交接中各类不良事件的发生率,提高患者交接完整性和安全性.
Abstract
Objective To optimize the handover checklist for postoperative patients undergoing general anesthesia from operating room to anesthesia recovery room and explore its application effect.Methods Totally 140 patients who met the admission and exclusion criteria in anesthesia department were selected as research subjects.The control group used traditional handover checklist,while the experimental group the optimized checklist,which was completed in a"check and tick"manner,with handover time limited to within 5 minutes.The incidence of adverse events during the handover from operating room to anesthesia recovery room between the two groups was compared.Results The overall incidence of adverse events during the handover with the new checklist significantly decreased,showing statistical significance(P<0.001).Conclusion The checklist helps standardize handover process,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and improve the safety and efficiency of patient handover.
