Cervical Bronchogenic cysts(BC)is a rare congenital abnormality caused by abnormal bud-ding of the embryonic foregut diverticulum.Mediastinal and intrapulmonary types are the most common sites of oc-currence,and thyroid BC is rare.This article aims to report a case of resection of thyroid BC with video-assistance technology to improve the understanding of the imaging,pathology and clinical aspects of this disease.
