单纯抽液联合PTH快速测定治疗无功能性甲状旁腺囊肿的疗效观察

摘要

目前无功能性甲状旁腺囊肿(nonfunctional parathyroid cysts,N FPC)的主要治疗方法为抽液、硬化剂注射及手术切除.治疗方式的选择争议较大,现将2020年12月至2022年10月天津医科大学总医院普外科应用单纯抽液联合甲状旁腺激素(parathyroid hormone,PTH)快速测定治疗的8例NFPC患者进行报道,为该病治疗方式的选择提供参考,减少患者手术痛苦及硬化剂意外损伤.

Abstract

Currently,the main treatments for nonfunctional parathyroid cysts(NFPC)are fluid aspiration,sclerosing injection and surgical removal.The choice of treatment method is controversial.Eight patients with NF-PC who were treated by simple aspiration combined with parathyroid hormone(PTH)rapid determination in Gener-al Surgery Department of Tianjin Medical University General Hospital from Dec.2020 to Oct.2022 are reported to provide a reference for the choice of treatment,which can also reduce surgical pain and accidental sclerosing injury.
