摘要
甲状旁腺疾病是因甲状旁腺激素分泌异常引起全身多系统反应的内分泌疾病.超声检查是目前评估甲状旁腺疾病的一线方法,也是术前定位甲状旁腺病灶的重要工具之一.为提高甲状旁腺疾病的超声诊断率,本文就正常甲状旁腺和甲状旁腺疾病的常规超声、超声造影和超声弹性成像特征进行综述.
Abstract
Parathyroid disease is an endocrine disease caused by abnormal secretion of parathyroid hor-mone,which causes systemic multi-system reactions.Ultrasonography is currently the first-line method for the eval-uation of parathyroid diseases and one of the important tools for preoperative localization of parathyroid lesions.In order to improve the ultrasonic diagnosis rate of parathyroid diseases,this article reviews the conventional ultra-sound,contrast-enhanced ultrasound and ultrasound elastography characteristics of normal parathyroid glands and parathyroid diseases.
