"Intelligence+Collaboration+Governance":Analysis of the Operation Mechanism and Path of Digital Countryside——Taking Fenghuang Town,Chaozhou City as an Example
Digital rural construction is an important part of the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,and also a key measure to promote the modernization of rural governance system and governance capacity.The construction of digital rural areas uses modern information technology as a means to build digital,information-based,and intelligent digital governance,which can improve the digital governance capacity of rural areas and promote the transformation of rural governance.This article takes the theory of collaborative governance as the theoretical basis,constructs a digital rural collaborative governance analysis framework of subject collaboration,content collaboration,element collaboration,and spatial collaboration.Taking Fenghuang Town,a pilot area for digital rural development in Chaozhou City,as an example,it analyzes the specific practical experience of digital rural construction in this town,summarizes the operating mechanism of digital rural construction,and proposes promotion strategies to promote digital rural construction in Chaozhou City.
