Interaction and Endogeneity:Emotions and the Construction Mechanism of Social Networks among Cadres and Masses in Rural Governance
Under the background of Chinese path to modernization, this study examines the process of interaction and endogenous construction of emotion and cadre mass relationship network in the process of rural governance research.Taking H Village in the central region as an example, this study combines social network theory to analyze the endogenous process of social network and emotional construction among cadres and masses in rural governance.Research has shown that emotions and the network of relationships between cadres and the masses are an endogenous relationship that continues to interact.Institutions have built the initial network of relationships, enabling cadres to gain legitimacy in their interactions with impoverished families; But as more resources are invested, trust between cadres and the masses strengthens, relationships deepen, and emotions intensify; On this basis, cadres themselves invest in family like emotional interactions to elevate relationships, form a strong pair of relationships, and have the potential to promote the modernization of rural governance systems and governance capabilities. This study emphasizes that the emotional investment of cadres like family members is the key to forming strong relationships between cadres and the masses, which is also the core for cadres to penetrate grassroots, connect the country and society, and empower rural revitalization. It is a concentrated reflection of the superiority of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.
