Research on the Efficiency Evaluation and Influencing Factors of Fiscal Funds for Agricultural Support under the Background of Rural Revitalization——A Case Study of Guangdong Province
Finance,as an important means of national governance,is a crucial aid in solving the"three rural issues"and comprehensively promoting Rural revitalization.Its efficiency is essential for achieving sustainable agricultural development and rural economic prosperity.This article takes various prefecture level cities in Guangdong Province from 2010 to 2022 as the research object,uses DEA model to evaluate the efficiency of financial support for agriculture funds,and uses Tobit model to explore its influencing factors.The results showed that under the background of rural revitalization,the financial support for agriculture in Guangdong Province has significantly increased,and the efficiency of fund utilization is relatively high;In addition,under the rural revitalization policy,the amount of fertilizer applied,the per capita total power of agricultural machinery,and the per capita disposable income of rural residents can effectively promote the comprehensive efficiency of Guangdong Province's financial support for agriculture funds.Finally,this article proposes corresponding suggestions from the govemment perspective.
