摘要
2022年末,广东实施"百县千镇万村高质量发展工程",明确要突出县域振兴,高水平谋划推进城乡区域协调发展.本文对2018-2023 年广东省财政支持乡村振兴和城乡区域协调的支出规模和结构、资金投入结构进行了分析,重点对扶持乡村振兴的 8 个子项和城乡区域协调的一般性转移支付和专项转移支付进行比较分析,并总结相关经验,以期为推进乡村振兴工作提供参考.
Abstract
At the end of 2022,Guangdong Province will implement the"High Quality Development Project of Hundred Counties,Thousand Towns,and Ten Thousand Villages",which clearly emphasizes the revitalization of counties and plans to promote coordinated development between urban and rural areas at a high level.This article analyzes the expenditure scale and structure of Guangdong Province's financial support for rural revitalization and urban-rural regional coordination from 2018 to 2023,as well as the structure of fund investment.The focus is on comparing and analyzing the eight sub items supporting rural revitalization and the general and special transfer payments for urban-rural regional coordination.Relevant experience is summarized in order to provide reference for promoting rural revitalization work.
