摘要
在我国农业绿色转型高质量发展的关键时期,建立规范的碳排放统计核算体系是推进我国"碳达峰、碳中和"战略顺利实施的重要举措.本文就我国农业碳排放核算研究领域存在的碳排放核算关注度不足、核算结果的准确性不高以及碳汇核算能力相对薄弱等问题进行分析并提出对策建议,通过依托生态农场完善监测体系、形成碳排放核算标准和评价体系等,以期为生态农场可持续健康发展以及农业生态补偿政策制定提供科学依据和理论支撑.
Abstract
At the critical period of China's agricultural green transformation and high-quality development,establishing a standardized carbon emission statistical accounting system is an important measure to promote the smooth implementation of China's"carbon peak and carbon neutrality"strategy.This article analyzes the problems of insufficient attention to carbon emission accounting,low accuracy of accounting results,and relatively weak carbon sink accounting capabilities in the field of agricultural carbon emission accounting research in China,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions.By relying on ecological farms to improve monitoring systems,form carbon emission accounting standards and evaluation systems,etc.,it aims to provide scientific basis and theoretical support for the sustainable and healthy development of ecological farms and the formulation of agricultural ecological compensation policies.
