摘要
农民电商在广东发展迅速,但也暴露出了主播能力欠缺的问题.本研究重点从农民主播的专业性和可信度、互动能力、个人形象和风格、直播场景与布置、直播内容与策划、互动与促销手段、团队协作与技术支持等方面的影响因素进行分析,并提出了加强人才培养与技能培训、优化平台监管与审核机制、创新直播形式与内容、加强市场调研与分析、完善供应链与物流体系等对策建议.
Abstract
Farmers'e-commerce is booming and developing rapidly in Guangdong,but it has also exposed the problem of insufficient anchor capabilities.This study focuses on analyzing the influencing factors of farmer anchors'professionalism and credibility,interactive ability,personal image and style,live streaming scene and layout,live streaming content and planning,interactive and promotional methods,team collaboration and technical support,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening talent cultivation and skill training,optimizing platform supervision and review mechanisms,innovating live streaming forms and content,strengthening market research and analysis,and improving supply chain and logistics systems.
